For the Austrian customer Schloss Pöckstein, we manufactured modern stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment in compliance to the hygiene standard H2 with a central cooking range. The central cooking range has built-in professional elements by Berner – electric deep fryer, induction grill, two induction cookers, an electric oven and a bain-marie.
The professional kitchen and the cooking range are completely made to order and placed on a concrete base.
